Shipping packeges

Yuinobi Mizuhiki Art is committed to a pleasant buying experience for all our customers and to improving environmental sustainability. To this aim, we are trying minimising the amount of packaging materials used in the shipping of our products, and eliminating the use of plastic materials as possible as we can.

The contents of a shipping package

(1) We use a linen bag for packing our products.

(2) We no longer include a brand name card in the package, but only a Thank You card, which includes information on how to care for your Mizuhiki artwork, the website URL, and a 10% off coupon code for your next purchase.

The "Thank you card" is changed for each season and each piece of artwork, and is designed to be a "postcard that you will want to display".
